Frank Killian, DPM, FACFAS, is a board-certified podiatrist and foot and ankle surgeon with over 27 years of experience. Dr. Killian is in private practice at Mercer Ocean Podiatry with locations in Hamilton Township, Toms River, and Plainsboro, NJ.

Dr. Killian is a native of Toms River, NJ. He graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Biological Sciences and then attended the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. During his graduate studies there, he was awarded the Charles E. Krausz Academic Scholarship and was also a member of the Pi Beta Academic Honor Society. In 1995, Dr. Killian graduated with a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine. He then completed his surgical residency training at the Cambridge Hospital, a teaching hospital affiliated with Harvard Medical School in Cambridge, MA, where he served as Chief Resident. During his tenure there, he also participated in advanced surgical training in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Dr. Killian is affiliated with several hospitals in NJ, which include RWJ Barnabas Health - Community Medical Center in Toms River, RWJ Barnabas Health - Robert Wood Johnson Hamilton Campus, Surgery Center of Hamilton in Hamilton, and Bey Lea Ambulatory Surgical Center in Toms River.

Dr. Killian received board certification by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery in 2000. He is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the New Jersey Podiatric Medical Association, as is also a fellow of The American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

Sameep Chandrani, DPM, AACFAS, is a board-certified podiatrist and foot and ankle surgeon with special interests in pediatrics, arthroscopy, pedal plastic surgery, and sports medicine. He has been in practice since 2018 and is part of the expert podiatric team at Mercer Ocean Podiatry, with locations in Hamilton Township, Toms River, and Plainsboro, NJ.

Dr. Chandrani graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark, NJ. He received his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in New York City and completed his three-year surgical residency at the Department of Veterans Affairs - New Jersey Healthcare System in East Orange, NJ, where he served as Chief Resident during his final year.

Growing up in Nairobi, Kenya in Africa, Dr. Chandrani has always had the mindset and heart for medical missions and to help the underserved by donating his time and expertise. In his free time, Dr. Chandrani loves to spend it with his wife, family, and friends. Among his passions, Dr. Chandrani also enjoys traveling, football, and woodworking.
